Fantasia “Fancy” Cormier, hailing from Lafayette, La., found her artistic calling in Houston, Texas. While pursuing her college education at Southern University in 2009, she honed her skills in makeup artistry, marking the beginning of her visual art journey. After a brief stint serving her country, Fantasia returned to her passion, transitioning her creativity into various forms of visual arts, including fashion, custom-painted sneakers, canvas art, and even hand-painted Mardi Gras floats.
